Fees

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. Below you'll find some practical information including fees, session duration and some of the questions I am most commonly asked.

Free 15 minute consultation

A chance to discuss what's bringing you to therapy and see whether we're a good fit.

1 hour online/face to face session

£65

Online or Face to Face at one of my rooms in Reading town centre or Finchamstead

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at jennycraigtherapy@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Everything discussed in therapy is confidential. The only exceptions are rare situations where there is a legal or ethical duty to share information in order to protect you or someone else from serious harm. This will be discussed during our initial consultation.

That's completely understandable. A free consultation gives us an opportunity to discuss what's bringing you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and see whether we're a good fit.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions, although this can be adjusted depending on your needs and circumstances.

My therapy sessions are 1 hour long

The number of sessions varies from person to person and depends on your goals and circumstances. Therapy is tailored to you, and we will review progress together regularly.

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a session.

A counselling session with Thrive therapies typically lasts for 1 hour, although session length may vary depending on your specific needs and preferences.
